BEFRIENDING THE BODY
This series brings Embodied Mindfulness together with movement based in Contemporary Release technique. Largely following the format of a structured dance class, its focus is on befriending the body as it transforms through time. Whether this transformation transpires through the process of aging, through injury or illness, this series supports a curious pursuit of ease, mobility and joy in movement.
