Please be aware that The Sanctuary is a sacred and tranquil space for healing, transformation and awakening – please be mindful of this as you prepare for and offer your special offering. We ask that you respect the space, and the other community members that use it, by considering the following:

• Kindly wash, dry and pack away all kitchen items that you have used.
• Please give the space a quick sweep after your time there.
• Please remember the sanctuary is a shoe-free zone, so leave shoes outside.
• Please make sure all candles are blown out, fans and heater are turned off properly.
• Please ensure the fire has been killed before leaving.
• Please make sure all lights are switched off when you leave.
• Please note no illegal substances, such as alcohol or illicit drugs are permitted in the space, and smoking is only allowed in the parking lot, not in the sacred firepit area, retreat and studio space.
• Please be conscious how you park and be aware of neighbours and tenants on the property.
• Kindly keep an eye on the gas bottles and give us a heads-up when they are becoming empty.
• Please leave the space as you would wish to find it – so the next person coming in, receives a clean and neat space.
• Please respect our neighbours therefore no loud music.
• Please close the windows and lock all sliding doors.
• Although we have endeavoured to ensure your safety, The Sanctuary cannot take responsibility for you or your participants or belongings.
• Day Sanctuary booking times that are made, should include set up and tidy up time. 
• To ensure the best possible experience, kindly adhere to the allocated time slot you have booked to respect the other offerings and facilitators.
• For workshop and event bookings, a 50% deposit secures your spot (see Ts&Cs).
